Ava for Reddit (beta)

Ava is a fully native Reddit client for iOS, inspired by the best of Apollo and built from the ground up with Swift and SwiftUI. Every detail is handcrafted to feel fast, clean, and unmistakably iOS. Ava focuses on what matters most: speed, privacy, deep customizability, and a polished user experience — without tracking, data collection, or compromises.

Your Reddit, Your Way

Customize what other apps won't let you touch. Pick your themes, tweak post spacing and padding, hide voting buttons if they're in your way. Want subreddit info at the top? Bottom? Done. Switch between full and compact styles whenever you feel like it.

Filter out the noise: block users completely, filter by keywords in titles or flairs, hide entire subreddits from your feeds. See only what you want to see.

Built Native, Feels Different

No lag, no waiting—just smooth, instant responses that keep up with how fast you scroll. Native Swift means everything feels fluid and alive. Generous spacing, bigger media, colored depth indicators so you never lose track of comment threads. Full iPad support with proper split view. It just works the way you'd expect it to.

Designed for iPad

Not just stretched—properly designed for iPad. A true two-column layout with a sidebar for subreddits and a focused detail view for feeds, posts, and comments. Full Split View and multitasking support, balanced spacing, and scaling that feel native on larger displays. Ava adapts to the canvas, not the other way around.

Ava is in active development and is not open-source (for now). I am currently waiting for a follow-up on my API usage terms request to Reddit. Until then, the TestFlight link stays disabled.
